Hi, to you all, I got this no mod monotube. The strain is; Burma. It got a nice colonization on the surface, and I was following the directions of the post online, so I leave the lid, crack open some 1/2inch so FAE can happen, but then I got some Trichoderma on the surface, This is my first monotube, I was using trays, but I got a very limited success with them so, time to move forward. The colonization period. In this can you see the pool of peroxide for Trichoderma and the biggest Mush, on the lef are in the side of the lid was original crak open (More FAE on this side for whath it seems) A Healty good loking mushrooms This is the side of the Mono Was originally left open. A close Up, This means the Mushrooms wont grow taller? Now, I cover the top of the mono with a microfiber cloth to avoid a direct spot of dust or so (it is working) I leave the lid above the mono, and make a small 3/4 inch aperture using some pen or whatever. At some 30inch I got a small fan, and here is my question; At the first I got 4min ON, for 2Hrs OFF the fan. But then I notice the walls of the mono were dry, (I leave most of the day on my house and I come back at nigh to see the dwarfs) So I re Mist the walls and set a new timer; 1MIN ON and 1Hr OFF, The idea to make the FAE without drying too much, or at least give me the time to come home to mist the walls. I got this mushies, and since Im not an expert, I got this question for the kind people of the forum; This got too much air, or too little air? What can you advice me on this one ? Thanks for the help! -Alex.
