Hello. New to all of this. These are brf cakes that showed no signs of contamination during colonization. I dunked them and set them in SGFC. many of them developed this light to dark blue discoloration on them. Some even have a yellowish tinge as well. They all have been producing and the fruits look fine. Im wondering if this is bruising or contamination. There is a faint mycelium smell from cakes not sure if its normal or not normal smell.
looks alright for the most part, keep an eye on the yellow (like you needed told to watch that at all lol) , the yellow is often antibiotics produced by the mycelium
Thank you for you help! Do they produce it from being stressed or because they are fighting off a contamination?
