I think Ive already been through everything that makes sense in my book. Anything else would just be guessing on my part. I tried Myco-Key too, but that thing is damn near impossible to get the colors right.

Because there are 700 some odd species and only 90% of the ID books only have a hand full? Or is it because they aren't edible and most are poisonous? Or is it because only a couple have been identified as being active? Good god man there are a hundred reasons why Inocybe are hated.

well, so little is covered because so many, even with microscopy are damn near impossible to tell apart. thats why alot of them were all lumped under this one species name!

    yeah, it was.

im just going to give the answer. sorry guys but this contest has to be cancelled. i am moving and cannot finish my grow. i will be starting another as soon as i am settled again however. i will also be in a place where i can pick all the wild actives / edibles i can carry. so once i am settled, i am going to be doing this contest ID for a print deal once a month.

if you guys would like to keep trying however, say so, and i will not post the answer, and i can even send the winner a different print once i am re- set - up. it may take a while though. 1 month +.

PS...what do you guys think about a once a month ID contest? if you guys like the idea, ill make a thread about it with rules and what not.
