I have a good idea but I need confirmation is it amanita muscaria? In The woods central Pennsylvania after lots of rain but pit of the ground not dead wood. All over the place in a clearing and near fallen trees. Thanks now what do it do hahah.
Posted this over on the other thread, but just for good measure since you seem to have started a new one. I'm in Central PA as well, could it possibly be amanita muscaria guessowii (American yellow fly agaric)? Looks like crowded gils of varying length but a slightly more mature example might show it better. Should be a white spore print. Not sure about preparation on those but there's an informative episode of The Mushroom Hour (episode 88) that features Amanita Dreamer and she's quite informative. Good listen for sure. -maz
Since we're getting a bit of rain today I'll have to go take a walk in the woods tomorrow and see if I can find any. -maz
We just had another day and a half of rain I watched that lady‘s channel on bichute and her website thanks so much for the tips and following all the directions. Once I started listening and paying attention I really got the grasp of what need to be done or at least I hope. Only part I couldn’t find was the lemon tek. I have found psilocybin right oit my backyard across the creek but these a surprise
