    my link did no work but when on that page look at •Coprinellus truncorum
    my photo of it is there and there is a description compair them and see what you think. very close.

    they do look very very close indeed. yours are only a bit darker. i couldnt find the description on that site though. did you do any microscopy on those specimen?

    Cool stuff.

    The Tableaux comparatifs was especially helpful in distinguishing this species from the mica caps.
