    Are you going to make green eggs with them? I've never eaten them, if you do let us know how they are!

    Not that great. They make a big blue mess for very little flavor. :) I have a spot I could pick 50lb worth. But it's just not worth it.

    They're so, so. They have an odd, grainy texture that I'm not that into. Not bad, though.

    One bunch cooked up each season is good for me.
