I have been pulling my hair out wondering why I'm not seeing any growth when I do Spore syringe inoculation from a multi Spore syringe that was already checked for contaminants and Health on agar onto grain that has been prepped by myself and have been doing this for a while. Just recently I have been trying to perfect my green prep and cut down on bacterial growth and keep migraines dry by adding extra Gypsum to each jar before IPC them. Other strains like Argentina and Costa Rican without even testing them on agar have worked perfectly fine in these jars with the grain and then other strains like Treasure Coast and blue meanie that I have already confirmed on agar that they were healthy and contaminant-free and then I do a inoculation in what I'm thinking perfect grain that smells good with no moisture just to watch it bacterialize and sour. I will show some pictures of the grain that colonized quite quickly and the grain that didn't 20180402_041229.jpg 20180402_041014.jpg 20180402_041116.jpg 20180402_040948.jpg 20180402_041148.jpg 20180402_041205.jpg 20180402_041039.jpg
