I inoculated 4 WBS jars on 5/10/18 and 4 jars on 5/11/18 and none of them have shown any growth to this date. How long should it take inoculated WBS to colonize? Here is a picture of how all of the 8 jars look

15 days is far too long for germination. I would say that your substrate isnt suitable for the spores to germinate in for some reason. May I suggest once more trying the PF TEK with me.
I can write up a pretty good guide for you. :)

I am no expert on WBS jars but its a lot harder to control moisture content etc when youre dealing with kernels of some sort.
Many people say nah you can do it but it takes a good chef to cook a steak. Stuff will fuck up, this is mycology for amateurs.
Penhed here at myco tek is one of the best bulk growers around, he has tons of experience and he got Nojoy of the shelf:)
However Id say its best to try the PF TEK for now since you failed 10 or so times. Its not that your bad or anything,
    this happens.

If you want to I can write up a pretty good guide for the PF TEK and be sure to check out BRF TEK in the TEK section although my
guide will be slightly different and you wont need the mason jars (glass jars ) You will instead buy plastic jars that are way easier to use
.It will take me a few days to write up the guide but I will send it to you when im done. Get out of the bulk mess for now is my
    take on it.

The good part is that you can use your pressure cooker to sterilize your PF jars with but beware that the plastics
wont take that well, but it doesnt matter since you will only steam them for 2 hours. Ive spent the last 2 months fixing my tek
so that I could escape that wretched bacterial infestation. It should work well now.

Ill write the guide up, it will be done in a few days or so:) be patient, I will include the materials you will use, the right kind of substrate etc so dont jump off the cliff just yet
