I know this is already posted in the other forum. I meant to put it here. So this is my baby in the making. It starts out with a 10'x20' pressure treated wood base and some coveyor belt. The actual chamber size is 10'x15' the floor is graded to flow to a 5 gallon bucket acting as a sump station. The shelving is made from 1/2" conduit. Humidity is supplied by a ideal air 75 pint unit. Fresh air and recirculated air will be evenly supplied throughout the chamber via the overhead poly tube. I'e for some supplies for a swamp cooler coming in the mail tomorrow. We will give you guys some updates once i flip the switch

I've never tried them before are they good eating? I've been eating half a lb of shitake every week for about 3 months now and the blue colour of my eyes looks insane bright, back like how they were when i was a child

Really good flavor and texture. I'm excited to have heavier flushes of em. Really can' wait to be able to eat that much shiitake! I'e been making 6-10 bags every 2 weeks for a few months. I am using low flow bags so the growing is painfully slow. Soon I will be able to afford to buy 2 different cases at a time

I basically reduced my portion of meat in my main meal each day and replaced the missing weight/protein with shitake, I cook a lot of thai and chinese style food and i love how nthey take on all the delicious flavours and smells, i even add them to my fajitas

I've no idea mate but i like it and it seemed to coincide with all the extra shitake eating so i blamed them for playing a part in it, i know they are supposed to have loads of other health benefits too so i hope i am getting all them also
