    These are some Aspen oysters that I cloned off of a beautiful cluster that I found locally. Yesterday at hit 87 in my grow chamber and there's still quite beautiful compared to the Phoenix oysters that have small fragile caps, I'm assuming it's because of the high temperatures

    It got up to 87° in my chamber 3 days in a row so im surprised these blocks even pinned. They dont look half bad considering

    Getting some really nice sized fruits. I think i could push the moisture content of the substrate up a few %

    Im just getting my 10lb blocls into fruiting Just wait... Ive got lambert 123 on the way. Gonna be consistently pulling over 2lbs off each oyster block first flush. I was acheaving those yeilds with the tarragon oysters before the temps dropped. Wish i would have new how shitty they grow in the cold. I have over 600lbs of tarragon blocks that im going to have to set in the cold until it warms up in the spring.

    Bacon wrapped shiitake mushrooms. If you havent tried it you need to. 350° for 30-40 minutes. Flip half way through. I made the mistake of not flipping and the bottoms got cooked a little more than i like

    The aspen oyster cluster above weighed in at 2lb 3.4oz.
    This shiitake block produced 1.5lbs
