Contaminated LC

    So everytime I get a liquid culture I always expand to a quart of ELME. I pressure cook for 45 mins. Same sterile procedure I always do when working... Idk looks like bacteria and trich...

    Is it just the pic or are there blues, greens and yellows in there? Doesnt look too happy to me

    Greens and yellows. Maybe I need to of longer?

    Ive found lc's to be prone to contamination. Sometimes they just dont work out. If this method has been working well for you in the past, might as well keep using it. Of course there is always room for tweaks and improvements.

    Yeah it hasn't worked for me in the past hahaha. Just figured if I could get it to work it would be great. I've got some clones I did at the same time on agar that are clean so I'll just work with that for now. Pretty pumped o was able to get two clean clones. First time I've been able to do that.
