I put some liquid spores onto my agar 4 days ago. Here is the growth it looks about the same on every plate I made.

Yea id say if they all look the same your on the right path! Looks like the spores are trying to germinate! My agar always turns funny colors lol wait another day or two and you'll see the stringy rhizomorphic growth and transfer the most outter edge...

I have heard it can be anywhere between 5 days to over a month for older spores... not sure on 2 days but I'd guess so agar is crazy!

I have my led mounted to the outside of the isolation box and take pictures through the glass. Since that is where I am storing them.

Here are 2 different plates. I didnt do a great job at getting one drop or centering the spores. 20200915_145343.jpg 20200915_145352.jpg 20200915_145834.jpg 20200915_145809.jpg

There it is! So now I'm lost on this part as I thought your supposed to wait for growth coming from that puff ball but not sure... id assume rhizomorphic growth will show around the fuzz right?

U can already see sectors where the different colonies are running into each other they will form a dense line that is a sector.
