Ok so I decided I wanted to rewire my brain to be more present, and decided microdosing would be a great help. I bought some MSS some grain bags and inoculated them no luck (i think temps were too low) so started with agar which is working ok I guess and made some LC'S. There is pics in questions forum "agar help with pics" or something close to that, so now I have some LC's should I put that on agar? Should I put it to grain? Should I wait till I have a fully colonized agar plate to put to grain? Do the LC colonize agar quicker? I know I have a ton of questions I guess I'm just trying to get some mushies in a timely manner. Any advice is appreciated.

I would keep it going on agar and transfer to grain at the same time. You can also test the viability of your LC by putting it to grain also (depending on how much grain spawn you have). Either way if any of those fail... hopefully you have a clean plate to start over with.

Welp finally got some nice clean agar, hydrated and sterilized some grains and innoculated... grains are about 90% colonized but when cleaning everything in SAB wiped off the names so got 9 colonized grain jars but don't know whats what, should I just spawn to bulk each jar separate in small 6qt boxes? Wwjd

That’s no fun. Sorry, best thing I would say is to spawn to bulk like you said, I would keep each strain separate anyway if you are trying to compare and contrast strains.

I done that once with cannabis clones, took ten clones each from 4 different strain mothers, my marking system was comical and half them lost their tag before they were even rooted, still got plenty nice smoke but what a saga

It is kinda cool at night the myc gets down to 69-70F during day like 73F I just ordered a space heater to heat the room, it just got cold last 2-3 days b-4 it was 72-73F when I would check the mycelium with ir thermometer

You have overlay. Dense growth that wont fruit. You should "scratch" the top layer. I do this this with a dinner fork whenever it happens. Scratching is essentially breaking up the top layer of dense overgrowth. The mycelium will recover and should throw some fruits. Scratch it good and deep too about a half inch . Its ok to have broken up small chunks . Good luck !

I usually scratch the entire top surface. Whats your low temp in your grow area ? 69-73 F is fine. I dont think you need a space heater.

20201214_174449.jpg 20201214_174454.jpg why are mushies growing down along sub instead of up? And pins mostly on edges, not enough humidity?
