Question about temperature for agar plates

    What temp should agar plates be at after applying spore to agar and swab to agar? Un sure of the temps it gets really cold in the room so I have an incubator Thankyou

    Same as your grain jars or bags. 70-76•. I try get it around 76 mark. Colder temps will make your mycelium growth slow.
