Have been very much getting into growing medicals lately and wanted to share my progress. I'll start it off with my current Cordyceps miliitaris attempt on whole oats which I'm growing in quart jars.

Got some plastic cups online that I added sterilized grains to and inoculated with lc more recently as well. I will keep posting updates as things progress.

It's just HWFPs with hydrated lime. Spawned pretty heavy to make up for lack of supplementation.

It is a culture that I bought from mycelium emporium. It's growing outdoors, so I suspect it will end up looking pretty awesome.

Quick update of the cordy and turkeytail grow. The cordyceps are coming along slowly, but are producing.

First flush/harvest and second flush of the turkeytail. Planning to do something different in hopes to get them to fruit somewhere else other than the edges. Third is the second flush

It's very cool, and I'm just interested in different nutritional supplements. But now I know that it is undesirable to eat foods with supplements when the body is weakened by illness. And once again, don't eat a lot of food with supplements at once. The body can only process chemicals in a limited amount. You should avoid foods with unusually bright colors - a clear sign of the presence of artificial dyes and unusual for the season fresh imported fruits and vegetables. In addition, I now take supplements myself, which contain many vitamins. I use lion's mane mushroom most of the time, and I like the results.
