It’s been a long time since I posted on here and I had to go through the posts to remember my username, all the way back to 2014 Its been like 7 years from growing but, I’m back at it and just wanted to show some pictures.
I started with 1 syringe and a couple few plates and am now up to 7 syringes and over 50 plates and 24 jars and 4 liquid cultures of APE. I have 200 bags coming Thursday. All the jars have been inoculated with agar wedges. I also have a flow hood now, which makes life a lot easier. The ones I’m working with right now are Ape, illusion weavers, blue meanies and golden teachers. Man I love this hobby!

Thanks appreciate it. Yeah been putting in some work. The waiting is always the hardest part. I think that’s why I got so much going on, keep me occupied.

Sure can. It was just basically a brick of coir with vermiculite, bagged cow manure and gypsum added in. Wasn’t a lot maybe half a quart worth. I used the bucket tek method. But I also used the stove method too with great success to pasteurize my substrate. Bucket tek is easier I think.
