    Notice the veils they are flat and beige. The stems are lined and compared to the caps very thick.

    I have a kit of P E it is growing so slow I might die before it matures. What is up with the slow growth? Anyone know Please They are called Melmak

    PE Mel are both snails but what did you use to spawn and from where sometimes they just need a little tissue work

    Tissue work? It is an all in one kit I have pins So slow though 5 weeks to get Pins ?

    I have never used a kit I germinate on agar and use rhizomorphic growth to inoculate grain

    But if you just want to inoculate a bag I’d recommend getting a spore syringe or isolated syringe from a trusted source like inoculate the west or drdankspores

    Thankyou but I am waiting for a second flush Did take spore prints Is it okay to add some fresh substrate as the first one shrunk away from the sides so I filled in and and am getting some results mycelium growth

    Ive experimented with peroxide in agar. If youre having decent results without using peroxide then i'd just do without it. That book will straighten out many questions and is a great beginner book. Once you've read it and applied what youve read you wont need to bother with any other cultivation books unless you want to.
