The beggining of s great day!
Had the same with oysters yesterday.
pretty plate, too
i also love breakfast burritos, besides omelets. i make them a lot. eggs, potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, herbs, and maybe salsa added in after the others are cooked, if i have some made.
for anyone that cares, the key to making a good burrito wrap is to lightly moisten the wrap, slather a bit of water on both sides, rub it around (or more ideally steam it), and, if you need, see a tutorial on proper folding, then fold and roll and it sticks together better, then i throw it pack in cast iron skillet i cooked eggs in, and brown it a bit, which also cooks off the sogginess of the water (especially if you overdo the moisture)
