Anyone else here a chilli head? I have a pretty good addiction to chillis, and manage to work them into most things i cook, and it´s harvest season, so there´s an abundance of fresh pods to use, so tonight is stir fry. Spring onion mushroom sweet pepper Scotch bonnets. I left out the brown habenero... good call as this was hot enough without. ginger garlic Sirloin and soy sauce Get the wok very hot and fry the beef for one minute and set aside. Fry the chilli, garlic and ginger for about a minute Add the mushroom and pepper and fry for a couple more minutes Throw in the spring onion and cook for another two minutes Add the beef back to the wok along with a few tablespoons of soy sauce for another minute. Serve with fresh coriander and basmati rice. This was-is very good. Will try and save a plate for lunch tomorrow.
