Here is a preveg update on the BB gear... They were early topped so I can clone one main cola and flower the other. I'm debating sexing them. I may just toss them all in 5's and take the loss with the males. I'm only getting the male vibe from one or two of them.....

    Hotdog x SOur cherry

This plant has the coolest shape leaves. I would walk right by it not ever realizing it was a cannabis plant they are so round.

    Deep blue x sour cherry

The one on the right got burned when transplanting. It didn;t take the the tea that followed too well but has since turned around. I have a feeling its a male tho. I'm usually 100% right when I get this feeling and since it is so sensitive I'm all set with its pollen if it is a male so it will be taking a walk if so. I may sex this one and the dog kush to make sure they are not male/hermies...

You think the one on the right might be a male? lol, :potfly: I do...

    DSC_0465.JPG DSC_0464.JPG DSC_0466.JPG

This is the burnt one,... Seems to have turned around but its probably got nuts tho, :)

    DOg kush

Well... I didn't think it was going to live but it did pull through eventually. I learned to pop this strain in a paper towel next time for sure.

After nearly dying it was way behind the rest of the plants when I was going to top them so I said fuck it and attempted topping it anyway and missed with the pinch because it was so small. When that happened it got even further stunted. Obviously, lol.

FOR WHAT THIS PLANT HAS LIVED THRU IN TERMS OF MY ABUSE IT IS FUCKING HARDY REGARDLESS OF LOOKING LIKE A RUNT. That caps lock was an accident. Too lazy to fix it.. :) You can see in the tips of the leaves where I missed the pinch. yikes.

Last but not least the fireballz... :)

    These are looking mighty nice....

    Thanks Weller!

My problem is I have ten more seedlings coming in right behind these. All elite genetics. It's going to be a pain in the ass lol. I have to clone everything of course and sort through everything.

I'm not wasting any more time. I'm going to start crossing these things now. Expect some serious chemdog crosses from me in the relative near future.

    :getstoned:

We'll have to see how good these baby's are tho. A few look very promising.

The only addictive thing about cannabis is the compulsion to grow it... lots of it! I often wonder what my mother room would look like if the law had no say in the matter......

I keep forgetting to mention the neem cake completely kicked those fuckers to the curb. Still a straggler here or there but it's like zombie apocalypse in their world lol...

I just add 1/4 cup per ever 1.5 yards soil I use and turn it in.

Neem meal rocks! Great way to piss off fungus gnats and such. Have you brewed neem tea yet Prof? Do it outdoors or you won't be popular with the wife :hehehe:

Yea, I toss a couple tablespooms in when brewing every few teas. I haven't had to in a bit tho since amending the soil with it and a mild top dressing.

It smells like everything bagel infused ass lava lol.....

That's fine by me as long as those fuckers stay away. Lol.....

What's your soil-mix Prof? Bagged or custom made? I'm playing with both at the moment with mixed results. Best results so far for me are from re-amended bio-bizz potting soil with neem, kelp and fish meals with rock dust and a little lime.

It's not pleasant. Definitely a strong rival to a good fermented nettle tea.

I use roots organic and amend it. I add perlite too so it has more drainage.

I don't go too nuts on the amendments. Just castings, guano, and microbes, BTI, and neem cake for pests. If I do the plants yellow way too quick from not being able to clear out the guano and other shit that builds up from the teas.

Yeah, simple works very well. I made a mix this year that didn't do well due to not letting it sit after mixing, and not liming properly. Everything looked great until flowering began and then went downhill quickly. Couldn't turn it around no matter what. A couple of chilli plants in the same mix did great! I'll give it another go next year on some smaller plants and use my tried and tested mix on the bigger girls.

Once I buy a house which will be relatively soon I am going to start composting and adding my own compost to my soils. I can't imagine how good that would be. My herb is top shelf as is. There is always room for improvement tho..

Good stuff! I just moved house and brought my 2 compost piles and multiple bags of organic matter in various states of decomposition with me. Even raked the top layer off my veggie beds and moved that too lol. My dirt means a lot to me :hehehe:

Thanks rhizo! Yea, I like them too. A couple of them are shaped different than your typical cannabis plant for sure....
