    So that's 1600 right.
    I wanna get a scope just don't want to waste my money on something I can't see spores clearly on

    The eyepiece is ten and the lenses are forty and ten. The second pic is x20 and the first x80. I believe that's how it works.

    I know this is old but I always believed that you just multiply the eyepiece and the lense to get the magnification.

    10x10=100x, 10x40=400x The "lense" is called an objective. The eyepiece is called an ocular. Don't know if this will work. Panaeolus bisporus 400x (wild collection sent to me for ID) [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]
