    1tomato
    2 mangos
    2 habanero pepper
    1 bunch cilantro
    2 spoons of garlic
    Honey
    Lemon
    Chili powder
    Salt
Sautéed onion and garlic in oil
    Add in mango ,tomato,cilantro
    2 spoons honey ,2 spoons lemon juice,1 spoon salt,1/4 -1\2 chili powder
    Simmer 10 min
    Chop / pulse in processer
    Cool and enjoy!!!!!
This was my first time and I think the cilantro could be added after the simmer to save the freshness. And lime would work as well
I just eyeballed my measurements so.....
Spoons = tea or table to your liking
Would be good on grilled mahi ,grouper, snapper ,shrimp or chicken
And I might try it with out the simmer next time
