So, we are VERY LIGHTLY treading into gardening... sort of. There were two existing azaleas that were poorly kept, and trimmed into squares when we moved in, and they looked horrible. We decided to try and save them. This is what they look like this spring, after trimming them way back this past fall. As you can see we decided on a few other things in the background there, and we are still trying to figure out what flowers to go with. But we are excited to finally just start learning. I also made a raised bed wine cap area in the back yard. Plus we have our first successful indoor plant. We received this orchid as a gift last year, and it looks way better this year. Everything on it has blossomed now (unlike in the picture), and I love it. If anyone sees anything wrong with any of these pictures, I would love some advice.
