as the title implies I'm not particularly breeding with a plan or intent, other than my prime directive of making new meds for myself and preserving any interesting mutations and traits in the form of grafts on a "mothership". The following will catalog all such efforts going forward. My base genetic pool is as follows:

    From Mycotek Seeds:
    Hell Mint
    Hell Monkey
    Gorilla dog
    dog cage
    413 Chem
    Orange Chemeleon
    Thank You Jerry

    T.H. Seeds Akorn(snowbud)

speedy bag seed i dubbed "clean the house"

    crosses in tier 1:

    hell mint x gorilla dog
    hell monkey x gorilla dog
    Akorn x gorilla dog
clean the house x hell monkey
clean the house x gorilla dog

beans in the oven (tier 2 crosses)

Akorn(Snowbud) x gorilla dog (chilly dog) x Thank You Jerry

    Upcoming crosses will include:

    tier 3
hell mint x gorilla dog (mint chocolate chimp)
hell monkey x clean the house
    chilly dog

    tier 4

    orange chemeleon
    413 chem

this is chilly dog, bush pheno, the other shot is various stuff in the veg tent

Mint Chocolate Chimp :D Cool name! Chilly dog looks bad ass too. hell monkey x clean the house - Monkey Maid. The logo could be Hell Monkey in a french maids costume pointing with a feather duster. :wow: Been a long day lol

I've been sort of doing my breeding the same way lately. Plowing ahead recklessly and sorting out the after math later lol. I do have some very focused projects too, but some of the plowing has really paid off.

Yeah the grow lust wasn't this bad back when everything was clone only or bag seed and we all had to hide underground lol.

Any plans on how you are doing an S1 run yet? I've been really re-working the current colloidal silver techniques. Surprises the hell out of me someone hasn't done this years ago. I posted a thread on it here that I need to get back to.

Very cool project major, I haven't tried grafting yet, what is the material you using there to keep the graft moist?

that's just micropore tape, that graft failed but the opposite one looks ok. soon as I get some sandwich bags ill put a bag over em to keep humidity in like the video I watched years ago. Any ideas are appreciated this is literally the first weed graft I've ever done lol

The plastic bag was what I read., I remember they tied it with floss. Keeping your tools clean, and scraping the outer layer of skin off on the cutting seemed key.

my first attempt was a live graft where both are rooted throughout fusion then you cut one once they are bonded, the seedlings were tiny so they didn't fuse but now they are just about thick enough to cut a good size section out of. It'll also be a good way to keep good males I find as the gender shouldn't matter

I haven't done a graft since the early 90's so I'm about as good as what has been said lol. I do remember pipe cleaners came in handy to hold things while taping.

this one turned out to be the akorn cross after all, flowering some with no Akorn genes and none have the three blade trait despite the same environment. It made no seeds but I'm pollinating the "monkey maid" cross with the bananas from her. I also have a mom of this one for posterity, soon I'm starting her in veg to become one big tent filler.

    Chunky Monkey Maid :b3: :bee:

The tri-leaflet is likely a result of that big ass flower load.:bigbone: I ties into root to shoot ratio and various stresses typically, but like hermaphroditism which is a normal function, it can also become a genetic trait. As long as it flowers like that, probably not a huge concern.

this one was 12/12 from seed, with this next cut I'm giving it lots of root room in a 48qt cooler and a long veg under, or more accurately, around, a 600w MH. It will be interesting to see if the trait persists with more roots this time, thanks for the info!

This one is stout as fuck, and it's smokeable as soon as its dry, whether its a week or 30 mins in the toaster oven which is another reason i kept the Akorn to begin with. I have to say as spindly as this one was in early flower im really impressed with the end. I've cut a good two ounces off her already in larfy stuff, she's coming down tomorrow so the past few days I've been taking some out incrementally so its a little easier to harvest Monday, that pic is post trimming so it should yield well

well I've finally nailed down the origin of the big fatty and mutant weirdo, they are both mint chocolate chimp. After cutting the big one the aroma was dead on for the hell mint female and the structure and also the aroma of gorilla dog, it is pretty much an even split imo. I've put a cutting of it in veg for the next project, the canna cavern

This is the product of the big female above:

Hell mint x gorilla dog x hell monkey x CTH

Scent is pure citrus fuel, limbs hanging covered in buds saturated with trichs
