    Keep up the goodness.
It wasn't too long ago I couldn't even walk.
    Then I had nothing.
Things get better and its a rocky road too, at time.
Still trying to pull a rabbit outta my ass.
I did order a new pc yesterday.
    Tiny steps.
    Fry you can do this.
    Your life is on track.

Yeah deffo. I probably wouldnt have made it with out your help. Also the prof and major. Prof had to put the smack down on me a couple times haha.
I want to be there for people again. I got disconnected and lost in my own shit stew with everything that was happening. I didnt Like it. I want to be there to help people. I have all the right people around me again. My family that was always watching and making sure i was ok. Time to be there for you.

What happened to get you in that position montana? Sounds like we were / are dealing with very similar situations. You can always PM me too of youd rather keep it private. Or if you just wanna rant or look for ideas.
Those tiny baby steps are exactly what ive been doing and its been a help. Sometimes you lose focus and stress about the big steps but you gotta remember to step back, breathe and take baby steps. Have you ever seen the movie what about bob? With bill murray and richard dreyfuss? If not check it out. Its not an original idea but its the movie that turned me onto taking baby steps and having that mentality.

In other news i think im like 40 days no tobacco now? And ive gone the last 4 with no aides. Completely nicotine free. Its still fucking with my mind and body deffo and ive had some bad cravings but im making it through and itll pass. Alcohol has seemed to lose all its appeal as well. I used to love being drunk all the time. Now i barely finish a beer and im over it. And i rarely even start that beer. Exercise has been limited since coming to cali. Mainly just skating, hiking and jogging until i get set up. Ive wrecked myself skating so bad but i love it so much. Which brings me to another interesting point ive noticed. Since all these changes ive found i can delve into and understand my own mind, thought process and actions more clearly. Before everything was dark and hazy. Ive also started having an easier time taking a step back to look at and process situations. But ill get more into that at a later time.

Eat regular meals and drink plenty of fluids to keep your bladder healthy. Try stretches or modifications to your regular schedule as a way of fighting bladder cramps. Also, avoid alcohol and other medicines containing diuretics, which increase urination. Follow your doctor's instructions. My doc recommended I eat bladderwrack because it has a lot of positive effects on my body. I learned a lot of benefits but also side effects about it. Everything you need is included on this website, including some recipes you can make at home using common ingredients.

Wow, what an amazing story: reading it gave me a lot of hope. No joke, your story actually made my day. I’m so glad that you decided to share it with us. Health is really important, not just physical health but also the mental one. Indeed you did write that you started to think positively and to just don’t give a damn about certain things. I’m really happy that you found a way out of the hole. It is also admiring that you shared it with us: many choose to keep it to themselves. Speaking of health, have you heard of iinsight? If you haven’t, check out their website I think it is pretty amazing!

There may be a problem with your table. I am a completely new user of Tableau, so my answer cannot possibly be true. I had such a problem when I worked with data provided by https://factorforyou.com/healthcare-factoring/. Their mistake was that Tableau read all the values upside down because someone switched the columns and rows. When I tried to give such a report to my boss, I was close to being fired, so this mistake is grave when visualizing. Also, there may be a problem with the file format since Tableau cannot read all the files in, for example, pdf.

Don't worry about breaking up with your wife. You will find another one, but you have one health. You need to go to the doctor for an examination and choose a treatment plan. Also, it would not be superfluous to arrange an insurance policy for yourself. There are 10 Medigap policies that are labeled with a specific letter. Currently, the available policies you may purchase are letters F, G, N, A, B, C, D, K, M, and L. Medigap policies are sold by private insurance companies. When using standardized policies, any type of policy with the same letter must provide the same benefits regardless of the beneficiary's health status, age, or location. Remember that health is one thing, and there are thousands of girls!
