Contamination or not

    Here are some clones and multi spore transfers on agar . A few I am questioning. If anyone has an opinion I d appreciate it. Thank you

    1 and 4 are definitely contam. 2 and 3 are hard for me to tell from those pics. Maybe give them another day or two and take more pics. Try to get them as clear as possible

    Thank you , it s hard to get clear shots thru the glass. I ‘m seeing what you are pointing out. Number one was a Thai mushroom it was a clone on a contaminated bag. Number four is multi spore transfer from some cyanescens. Number three is a clone it has a spot or a questionable looking spot I ll watch for a few more days

    So 3 isnt a premature fruit? Looks like contam then. Sorry for the bad news

    The black line is sharpie . I ll make new clones. Still learning, just read about agar from this web site and replaced the old food grade I was using with some from fungi perfecti brand . Thanks
