What edible or medicinal mushrooms would do well on coir?

I read all kinds of stuff about growing actives on coir, but I can't find any info about edibles. Are there some that can be grown as easily as cubensis? Say just crudely pasteurized coir mixed with grain spawn?

People use hardwood fuel pellets because they don't contaminate as easily and they're quite cheap. If you using oyster mushrooms you can do pasteurized material. Most other species will need sterilized substrates. You can get them to colonize and Fruit off of coir. you're not going to have that good of yields though
