Hi Everyone, This is John here. I'm new to Mycotek, but many of you already know me as I was the President of Aloha Medicinals for many years. In fact, many of you were my students or Interns over the years. Now that I have retired I wanted to share my knowledge with other growers and mushroom folks. With almost 45 years of experience, I have most likely already run into and worked through whatever problems you may be having cultivating. I would love to help and share my knowledge, so if you have any questions, fire away! Thanks all, I am looking forward to becoming involved with this group. Like all of you, I am passionate about mushrooms of all types! Here is a photo of Shiitakes grown on straw! The yield is 150% BE and the stems are completely edible.
