    Hey Guys,

I'm going through Paul Stamets' books and watching lots of tutorials on youtube.

My goal is to be able to grow gourmet mushrooms for fun and for my family.

I've ordered an indoor kit as I would like to be able to grow all year long.

    My set-up is composed of:

1 x greenhouse mega (black floor pan, end walls and housetop)
    1 x ultrasonic-fog-air-humidifier
    1 x digital humidity controller
    1 x air circulation fan
    1 x heating cable 6 m / 50 W
    1 x digital temperature monitor/hontrol
    1 x humidity/CO2 Apparel 350 l/h
    2 x perlite 10 liter bag

    Capacity:
    10 - 12 mycelium blocks or 40 PF-substrate jars

    Dimensions:
    Length: 100 cm
    Width: 50 cm
    High: 39 cm

This package includes ultrasonic fogger (incl. digital humidity control), air circulation fan, heating (with temperature control) and ventilation, convenient for a wide range of fungi.

And then ORGANIC LION'S MANE - HERICIUM ERINACEUS - INDOOR SPAWN-BAG

Now I must say despite all the readings and training I feel completely lost regarding where to start.

I would really appreciate if someone could give me some pointers regarding where to start.

    Thanks

Where to start as in you have never grown?

I guess what have you done and what do you need help with. There's plenty of info on here to get started on gormet mushrooms. Personally I don't grow indoors as I don't have anything setup for fresh air exchange that they need but I'd guess your kit helps with that.

I guess be specific with what you are looking for help on so we can help.

Apologies for not being specific enough.
I'm going to read more, use the search feature from the forum and create new threads if I'm really stuck

    How warm is it there?
Lions mane will fruit best in cooler environment.
