Hey think I have a pan species but not 100%

    Hey all new to the forum so if I'm breaking any rules please let me know. Anyways so I found a bunch of these in my yard today I have pics and spore prints... heres the stats

    1.Found on my natural compost fertilizer suburban yard
    2. Spore print is blackish
    3. Scattered
    4. Found after a couple days of rain
    5.Rest are in the pics

    Probably Panaeolina foensecii especially with the black ISH print. Can you get a heavier print from one? Theres a chance it could be Panaelous cinctulus, which would have a JET BLACK print

    Yes I have a cap down right now because I realised the other print was junk. I also didnt do it on the papertowel

    I like using tin or aluminum foil for prints. Easy to see all colours, durable, cleaner than papers.

    So just straight on the aluminum no wax or nothing?

    Also I am leaving 1 for printing overnight... this was one at the 2 hour mark

    Yeah just straight tin foil. Or aluminum. Hard to tell with that print. Ill check back in the am when you post that print

    Is there any look alikes or with all the I'd I should be set? Sorry for all the questions but j sincerely appreciate it.

    Thats what were here for, to answer questions and help people learn.
    Given the info
    Maybe Panaeolina foensecii which is harmless. Maybe Panaelous olivaceous which would be an awesome find. If you have a collection i wouldnt say its impossible an Agrocybe slipped in. You should be able to tell the difference though

    So here a pic of the final pull (I wouldve had more yesterday but I was nervous about my I'd). With your help I manned up lol. I left quite a few for sporing in Hope's this will continue. You are a great person and thank you I look forward to being on this forum

    I did they are all cap down while a pre dry is happenening. I'm nervous mushroom hunting I even had a hard time eating morels and chants I've picked myself

    Youve nothing to be worried about here. Its just foes arent worth eating. And well cinctulus is hallucinogenic. And its better safe than sorry eh. So any time you have doubt just post here and we will help you out
