let's get some weight on me

    Up everyone so here's the deal I lost way too much weight this year I need to put on 30 lb quick I've done it once before but I want to do it with not just pasta so give me some very high calorie super delicious recipes that I can get fat on and revive my Joy of Cooking which I seem to have lost for a while. Get on it people or I will straight rage

    Eat bread with every meal, eat between meals, snack often and large, think about exercise and do a little, make hearty meals and huge portions

    Bod's right. You should take his advise. High calorie drinks too are a must. No more water cause its counter productive. The calories spent drinking the water are a weight loss. Beer is a good substitute for water to start putting on the pounds.

    Target food like dumplings, meaty stews and slow cook one pot oldschool family feasts like lasagna, lamb hotpot, chilli, bolognese, donuts, pastries and pies, cover them all in rich meaty gravies and server on beds of fried and roaster taters and other root veggies , go back for seconds as soon as it is half digested, fill gaps between meals with things like granola bars instead of basic candy, at least then you gtet loads of good base nutrients along with all the sugars and fats, on top of all that have desert after your evening meal, again go stodgy, like sticky toffee pudding and custard, spotted dick and custard, pie and icecream etc.

    :D fucking starving now hahahahahah

    I didn't even realize it guys but I've been smoking weed more often since I quit the heroin and I'm literally up from 132 to 157 today in less than a month nice Mom's home cooking I've been stuffing myself to the point of being in pain for the past week and a half lol lots of goulash chili peanut butter and jelly nuts and grains

    My ideal weight 175 180 before the heroin started I was up to 210

    Yup, so let's see I owe deed on November 5th took me a week I was still using so that takes us to the 11th I did a fast taper over the next week so that's the 16th so I guess I've been clean for a little over a month now and I am starting to feel really good about the future and me not using again which is different than all the other times I've quit because I was never really committed to never using again I guess so this weight going up 26 lb without me even realizing while I've been sobering up at my parents house was a super cool surprise

    Well done Ozzy, keep munching away... a good British fry up in the morning is a must !!

    Bacon, sausage, eggs, fried bread, blackpudding, baked beans, hash browns, obligatory fried tomatoes, mushrooms and a cup of tea. Slice of toast and tomato gravy optional.

    This will go along way towards the calorie count.
