Pinning triggers

    Looking for all of your best techniques to initiate pinning! Have a tub that's been going longer than I would like because it's cold where I live (been about 3 weeks since mixing spawn/sub). I put some wax paper over the top to help the Myc get better coverage, and a heat blanket underneath. When I finally put a thermometer in the tub, it's only been getting around 55-60 degrees, and I'm hoping that bringing it up to 68-74 degrees will cause pins so I can start fruiting. The mycelium looks healthy so no problems there. Any advice is much appreciated
